An Update for PropertyGuru’s Agent Community (Effective 1 October 2021)

Staying true to our commitment to growing responsibly together with you through all market conditions, PropertyGuru has continued to deliver strong ROI, enhanced value and support to our Agent Partners. We are grateful to be your key partner in closing home sales, which recorded S$32.9 billion in H1 2021.

We understand that as your key partner in the Singapore market, it is our responsibility to continually add value to your business, especially in a strong 2021 market with residential investments increasing by 96.4% QoQ in Q2 2021. It is with great pride that I share that PropertyGuru Singapore has delivered year-on-year success to our agent community by:

  • Increasing customer traffic by 13.04% (H1 2021 vs H2 2020)
  • Increasing leads generated by 29.4% (monthly average leads generated in 2021 vs 2020)
  • Lowering cost-per-lead by 32% to S$2.08 in 2021 from S$2.74 in 2020 (averaged across all package tiers comparing)

On top of the strong market presence, we have relentlessly provided for our agents, we have also rolled out several initiatives, that deepen PropertyGuru’s commitment to our partnership, including:

  • PropertyGuru DataSense (Insights) – a suite of powerful data tools that help you gain valuable insights to strategise your efforts, prospect better and close faster. Each tool has been designed and continuously improved upon based on feedback from Agent Partners like yourself.
  • PropertyGuru Partner360 – a collection of value-added services and perks like Partner360 Rewards, PropertyGuru Finance, and more.
  • S$700,000 in COVID-19 Relief Measures – as your business partner, we supported the agent community through multiple rounds of COVID-19 relief measures, with the aim to support you through the unprecedented times of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

We understand different agents have different needs. We have listened to Agent Partners about maintaining the accessibility of basic packages, whilst still equipping packages with powerful tools and entitlements to keep more seasoned agents competitive. We have also kept costs stable since 2019 – especially in light of the market situation in 2020.

As with any business, we do periodic reviews, and effective from 1st October 2021, we are implementing a revision of our existing agent packages and entitlements with corresponding pricing:

  • Advance, Premier and Business packages are powered up with enhanced data tools, Concurrent listings and Ad Credits with a weighted average price adjustment of 15%.

It is important to us that success remains accessible to all agents in the industry, therefore these updates come with the following offers:

  • If you’re an existing customer and your account expiry date is:
    • Between 1 Sep 2021 to 31 Oct 2021 – you may enjoy the current pricing when you renew your subscription by 30 Sep 2021, plus receive up to S$650 CapitaLand vouchers if you choose to upgrade your package during renewal.
    • On or after 1 Nov 2021 – you may enjoy the current pricing by upgrading your package to the next tier by 30 Sep 2021, plus receive up to S$650 CapitaLand vouchers too.
